All new students must complete a new student information form and contact us to schedule a complimentary 30-minute introductory training session.
MUAY THAI
Muay Thai is Thailand's national combat sport that incorporates stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Widely regarded as the most effective striking art form in the world, Muay Thai is also referred to as “The Art Of Eight Limbs” because it combines the use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. You will learn specific techniques and drills that will help build your confidence along with a great cardio workout!
Muay Thai requires boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin guards, and mouthpiece. Loner equipment is available for first-time visitors.
KickBoxing
Kickboxing consists of utilizing punches, kicks, and knees. In this class, you will learn techniques in various kickboxing styles including Western Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing, and Japanese Kickboxing. Techniques will focus on footwork, high volume combinations, pocket fighting, and switching of stances.
Kickboxing requires boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin guards, and mouthpiece. Loner equipment is available for first-time visitors.
Hit Fit
Hit Fit is a non-contact cardio boxing class that incorporates punches on a heavy bag along strength and conditioning drills. Cardiac-boxing helps condition the body though muscle building, gaining balance, agility and coordination.
Hit Fit requires boxing gloves and hand wraps. Loner equipment is available for first-time visitors.
Kick Fit
Kick Fit is an intense total body work out and is a combination of kickboxing and aerobic fitness which helps improve your coordination, flexibility and conditioning.

Strength & Conditioning
Our S/C program is second to none. With proven techniques, strategies, and guidelines... We provide the best S/C available for combat sports athletes. We use strength training as the basis for getting athletes better mobility, power, and speed. Our conditioning is specific to the athlete's sport. Martial arts specific S/C program means you won't sacrifice your art, for your power.
Strength and Conditioning requires athletic shoes.
Kids Kickboxing
It is said that martial arts helps build a person's character. Your keiki will learn discipline of a traditional martial art to improve their self-confidence, team work, respect, and discipline. Students will earn their rankings under the Kaewsamrit Grading System by displaying their skills and commitment to the martial art.
For kids ages 6 to 13 years old. Kids Rookies Kickboxing requires boxing gloves, hand wraps, and shin guards.

Sparring
Sparring allows you to put your techniques and skills together and test yourself against another person. Sparring is done in a controlled environment to help one another. The purpose is not to hurt your team mate, but to exploit their tendencies in order to improve on their fight IQ.
Sparring is by invite only. Sparring requires boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin guards, mouth guard, and head gear.
Padwork
Muay Thai fighters implement the use of Thai kick pads in their training regime. Muay Thai pad work is an essential part of training to practice speed, power, accuracy, and technique. Thai pads allow trainers to provide fast-moving targets where fighters can throw kicks, punches, knees and elbows, helping them better prepare for the flow of competition.
Pad work class requires boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin guards, and mouthpiece. Loner equipment is available for first-time visitors.
